Returns & Refunds Policy
First of all THANK YOU for your purchase with us. We are so proud of our product that we want nothing but satisfied and happy customers and babies! Our products go through checks prior to packaging and dispatching however if there is any concerns with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product.

Due to the product being a baby product and bedding, we will not accept any returns that have been used and not in the original packaging.
Prior to purchasing our product, please be aware that we will NOT process any refunds or accept any returns if you simply change your mind.
Our cocoons are thoroughly checked prior to dispatching, however, if unexpected damages during shipping occur, we do reserve the right to rectify any issues within 72 hours of being notified by customer via email or phone call.
In case of Little Hope & Co.’s errors and damages, the refund will be issued to the customer in full once product is returned and inspected after initial discussion. OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same value will be offered.
